The warranty protects against the following items: Warping, discoloration, manufacturer material defects and install issues. Emily and Fernando make a great team and together they advised me on what colors/patterns would compliment each room. I took their advice and have been very happy with it. The only regret I have is that I didn’t do Top Down Bottom Up Roman shade for all the windows. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

WOW! What can I say about Emily and her wonderful team of professionals (so much!)! It was a great experience from making the first call to Bloomin Blinds headquarters to scheduling the complimentary appointment; going through all the options to choose from, their expertise help with the color and product choices, the follow-up on the delivery/installation and most important, the efficient and expert installation of the blinds! They prepped the area, and then also cleaned up after the blinds were installed. Once you decide to order with them, they come out and install temporary blinds for you at no charge! This was a wonderful surprise and goes along with the superior customer service they provide! I highly recommend Emily and her team at Bloomin’ Blinds! I am so happy with my selection and the quality of craftsmanship of the blinds. The whole experience was A+! Thanks Emily, Deena & Fernando! You are the BEST!

Emily was easy to work with and showed a great deal of patience with me being uncertain of what I wanted and/or changing my mind. She did a total of 16 window treatments for my house including faux wood mini blinds, plantation type wide shutters, and sheer cordless roller shades. The techs did the installations without any issue(s) at all. When I decided too much light was coming in the family room windows I called Emily to get light filtering motorized shades installed as well. When you call Bloomin’ Blinds of Rock Hill, you get professional service, help and tips, and lots of beautiful window treatments to choose from. Reasonable prices as well.
